We shoot in the North Texas / southern Oklahoma area. We like to keep things simple: We retain the copyright of our images and may use them for promotional purposes. Otherwise, the images are yours to use, copy, and print as you like without restrictions.

Our videos are shot in 4K at 30 FPS by default, but we can shoot at 60 FPS if needed. We like to keep things simple: We retain the copyright of our videos and may use them for promotional purposes. Otherwise, the images are yours to use and copy without restrictions.

Curt is an FAA Part 107 certified commercial drone pilot. Because your content will be shot by a commercial drone pilot, you are free to use your images and video in any way for business or personal use. Images and video shot by non-certified drone pilots are not legal to use in any commercial or nonprofit endeavor. With Sky, all of your aerial content will be legal!
